The Rol Naath Power House serves as the legislative branch of the Nuerland government, embodying the democratic and traditional governance structures of the Nuer people. It is composed of esteemed elders representing diverse regions across Nuerland, who are entrusted with the critical responsibilities of legislative lawmaking, constituent services, state representation, and oversight of legislative functions. These duties are fundamental to the effective governance and development of Nuerland, ensuring that the voices and interests of all communities are heard and addressed.

The Rol Naath Power House includes representatives from the following states: Fangak State, Gawar State, Moor State, Dak State, Baal State, Gajiok State, Gajak State, Gaguang State, Leek State, Jikany State, Bul State, Haak State, Jagei State, Dok State, and Nyuong State.
The Rol Naath Power House represents a modern iteration of the Nuer's ancient governance system, which has historically been rooted in consensus-building and collective decision-making. In this traditional system, prominent elders from across Nuerland would convene in Fangak to deliberate, vote on, and enforce laws and legislation that have guided the Nuer people for generations. This enduring practice reflects the Nuerland government's commitment to preserving its cultural heritage while adapting to contemporary governance demands. By blending tradition with modernity, the Rol Naath Power House ensures that the values, wisdom, and customs of the Nuer people continue to shape the nation's legislative framework and governance.
